Fire Alarms
Lowitt designs and engineers commercial fire alarm systems that comply with current NFPA and local fire codes. Our experienced AutoCad designers work with state of the art software to draft highly detailed plans for submittal to local fire marshals. Lowitt has been approved by Nassau County, Suffolk County and New York City Fire Departments to design, install, and monitor fire alarms.

Burglar Alarms
Burglar alarms are an important physical deterrent to break-ins. Once activated, our burglar alarms signal our 24 hour monitoring center and authorities are dispatched. Employee comings and goings may also be tracked with weekly reports.

Closed Circuit Television
CCTV systems allow management to view and record high risk areas to deter theft, control inventory, increase productivity and deter fraudulent insurance claims. CCTV allows remote monitoring of parking lots and building exteriors to improve employee safety.

Access Control Systems
